This laser erbium is a highly effective regeneration treatment and will improve the quality of your skin to help reduce the signs of aging – it will improve depth, texture, tone and remove any marks or scars it may have, giving it a rejuvenated skin appearance.

This highly effective treatment can drastically alter the appearance of your skin. This state-of-the-art laser regeneration technology is superior to older laser techniques that have delivered similar results, but with longer downtime. If you are looking for healthy, shiny and youthful skin, then this treatment is the perfect choice for you.

WHAT IS SKIN REGENERATION WITH I-PIXEL LASER?

I-Pixel is a form of skin regeneration using laser erbium. It is the new generation version of the Fraxel laser - which gave similar results, but with longer downtime.

Unlike traditional ablative laser regeneration, such as fraxel, which burns the outer layer of the skin, the i-Pixel laser skin regeneration treatment causes minimal damage to the outer layer of the skin and thus minimizes redness and downtime.

The ablative element of the laser takes place in a deep skin layer and uses heat to stimulate collagen production. This triggers the body's natural healing process to stimulate the growth of new healthy skin tissues.

WHAT CAN THE I-PIXEL LASER RESURFACING TREAT?

Signs of aging

Acne / facial scars

Fine lines and wrinkles

Spleen and irregular skin tone

Pigmentation - hyperpigmentation treatment

Extended pores/ large pore treatment

Solar damage

Rough skin texture

I-Pixel can also be used on the body to treat scars or stretch marks

If you're worried about aged, sun-damaged or acne-scarred skin – or you're just looking for a complete skin rejuvenation or want to remove stretch marks or surgical scars on your body – then this innovative laser treatment for skin regeneration is a great choice for you.

TREATMENT PROCESS WITH IPIXELER

First, you should reserve your evaluation consultation with a professional who will assess your situation. Our therapist will be able to advise if the I-Pixel treatment is suitable for you, advise how many sessions you will need (usually 1 to 3 sessions, but it can be 4 or 5 depending on the severity of your scar/injury/sun pigmentation). Your therapist will test your skin with the laser on the day of the evaluation consultation.

You can book your first laser session for the next day as long as you do not have a reaction to the skin test.

On the day of your first i-pixel laser session, you should arrive without makeup.

The treatment is quick and easy: you can smell a burning smell during treatment which is the most unpleasant part of the experience, but the treatment itself is not painful.

Your skin will then look and feel like you have a sunburn. We will apply creams to your face immediately after treatment to calm you down and protect you.

Afterwards you may experience discomfort in the skin, burning sensation equal to a solar scald, so we advise you to take paracetamol if necessary and as long as you have no contraindications.

Keeping a bottle of hot water in the fridge and spraying the skin helps to stay comfortable. You cannot use ice to cool the skin as you risk burning and or staining the skin.

You will have some swelling and redness for about 24h, but most clients return to work the day after treatment.

You will have small grate-shaped stitches on your face for 5 days after treatment, and you will be able to feel them if you rub the skin. Your skin will feel dry when these tiny micro-crusts are coming out and you should use the recommended moisturizer to help this regeneration process.

The post-treatment evaluation consultation will be reserved for 6 weeks later, minimum interval between sessions.

We advise you to use a pharmacy SPF.
